Silicone Paper Lip Balm Tube Filling Tray

Our latest and greatest design to date!     This silicone tray uses some of the desirable features from our previous design, but brings with it greater flexibility, heat resistance, easier maintenance, and better durability.     This tray is made with food grade silicone that is safe, flexible, yet very durable to withstand your production needs.

- Dishwasher / boil / heat gun safe (tray only, supplied scraper is hand wash only)
- Silicone allows for greater seal even with tube to tube variations and manufactures

Many sizes available to fit almost all paper tubes available on the market, and available in 15 and 32 tube count variants.    The recommended trays are based of the tube neck diameter, if you need a template to help measure, please see our template listing.   If you have ordered custom trays from us in the past, we can help identify the correct size for your needs.     If you have a tube larger than the recommended sizes, please reach out to us.
